Ben Jones was born and brought up in Chester before training to be a vet at Edinburgh University. He has worked at a number of practices in Cheshire and nationally before opening his own practice in Saltney in 2006.

In 2009 Ben was awarded Petplan Vet of the Year, and has been nomiated multiple times since.
